The Dal Schindell Gallery exists to enrich the life of Regent College through the celebration of creativity and excellence in the visual arts. The Gallery serves also to promote theological education and learning through engagement with the arts stimulate thought and reflection on the beauty and complexity of the world and on fundamental questions of meaning and identity and finally to foster dialogue and discussion about our shared humanity with those of other faiths and of none while encouraging active participation in the creative arts.

We have a few small plinths and a hanging rail system

We are open to all mediums. We like to focus on art stimulate thought and reflection on the beauty and complexity of the world and on fundamental questions of meaning and identity.

We are currently working towards the first level, and have had people from the FN community do a Territorial Welcome and Blessing at events.

No. We are working on creating one that can be found on our website.
What are your current actions and future commitments to build or maintain your relationship with the First Nations and Indigenous artists and community?
The current Gallery Curator, Abby Boggs, is building relationships with Indigenous artists, and hopes to build one with Musqueam First Nation in particular, as the Gallery is located on unceded Musqueam Territory.

The Dal Schindell Gallery is a space open for all; emerging artists, students, and established artists exhibit here at the gallery. We have feature artists who are differently abled, underprivileged, and marginalized. Our gallery seeks to give voice to the voiceless, by not be exclusive.
